Worked on carbide acetylene gas, attachment tube in the front. Cards, photographs & postcards were placed in the
inside holder & were projected on a wall; has 2 detachable heat stacks; see photos for inside the back with the lighters and globes.  According to research, as no apparent markings, this is circa 1910.
Mirroscope has been on display several years and seems to be in great condition for the age.  There are a few rough spots from heat by the gas burners, but solid construction has preserved this collectible.
