Description

The plate part only is 14/16" tall & 12/16" wide. The prong is 2.5/16" wide or 4mm wide. The prong is supposed to go through the opening in the molded battery case to bend over & secure for soldering the wires to. If the plate still feels a bit loose in the retainer, you can cram some aluminum foil deep into the retainer to secure it.
If you want both the left & right dual contact plate together or both the positive & negative single contact together or any combination of those, let me know & I'll list it all together so you don't have to pay multiple shiipping. I could not find any dual contact plates with prongs though. So if necessary, use the aluminum foil trick.
If you are having trouble removing an old corroded contact plate, make sure the wires are cut or desoldered, the rear prong is hammered through the molding, then use WD-40 sprayed in the retainer around the contact plate to let it soak for a while. That's how I got mine out. You should also use a pen to mark a diagram on the back of the molding of which plate went where & whether it was positive or negative. Just a little extra insurance to make sure it's fixed right, even though you should be able to go by the raised battery diagram on the inside of the battery case.
