The missus is a whiz at sewing.  Mostly makes covers for binders, but has also done cookbooks, scrap books, and reading books.  Just send her the dimensions and she can do it.  Fully padded front to back with batting.
She doesn't make the cover until there is a confirmed sale.  If you do not tell us what size, we will assume you want it for a 1-inch binder.  If it is larger than that, it is the same price, but she does need to know if your binder is an D-ring.  Those are usually slightly larger.
Sale does not include a binder.
