Design is from a 1927 Soviet poster for the silent film, "Miracles Of The Wolves".
In 1932 Stalin ordered a stop to the Soviet avant-garde film practices of the 1920s and film makers to a adopt a new style of idealized realistic art, which destroyed a very promising film movement. This has made it very hard to find out what this movie was about. All that seems to have survived is the movie poster.
