This is in new, never-used condition., with the NBA Licensed Product tags attached. Tis has interior pockets and a hook and loop closure to keep all the contents secure.  The binder itself is made of heavy-duty, rugged, rip-stop type nylon that is made to stand up over the test of time. This is a NBA approved binder from the 1990's sold by the MEAD Corporation from Dayton, Ohio . This binder is a very top-quality item that sold for around .99 way back in the day.   It measures 12.5 inches by 11.75 inches and 2.5 inches thick at the binding.
