Please note the picture is of a sensor in typical shape for all six. There will be sticky tape residue or paint residue but nothing that can't be scraped off in a minute or two. If you are replacing the sensor with screws you can just reuse the screws from your old sensor but honestly good sticky tape works just as well it doesn't put holes in your doors or walls. I installed 95% of sensors this way when I was an alarm technician and they never came off. Look for the gray 3M sticky tape at home Depot it's so strong
