Indian Motorcycle Demonstration Report Form
This is an original single-sided form that records a person's participation in an an Indian Dealer's motorcycle demo. Includes sections for the rider to record that they learned to ride an Indian Arrow or Scout, along with their age and personal information. There are also sections for the signature of the person who provided and witnessed the demonstration, and by a representative from the host Indian dealer.
Approximately 7 x 8". Single page, single sided. Very good condition with only very slight wear/yellowing.
