New and unused Lisa Frank vintage pocket portfolio folder. Featuring a turtle wearing a baseball cap and glasses, with a parrot perched on his back, at the beach! Near mint condition. Small abrasion from storage on the back side in the lower left corner. Also slight creasing on the inside, which I imagine was made upon manufacturing. No stains, bends, or tears. See photos! From the estate of a collector. Will be packed securely between sheets of cardboard and plastic.
