My home is a smoke and pet free home. But keep in mind this is a thrifted item and may have smoke or pet odors from the original owner.
All In used condition. Paper Folder inside has writing, edges have wear and holes have wear and tear from use as seen in pictures. Pencils are not sharpened and erasers are glued on. Not sure if stamps have been used or if ink is still good. No lock for keys. Zip up binder has some puncture marks, scratches, scuffs and other signs of use. Zipper works. All may need cleaning. I purchased this binder with everything inside so I’m selling it all together will not separate. Not sure if everything originally came with this binder or if it’s a complete set. Please keep in mind that this is a vintage binder and not in perfect condition but still a great piece for any collector.
